3dsmax: Show window contents while dragging...

Every time I "render" or "render to texture" in 3dsmax it disables "Show window contents while dragging" in the Windows setting.
This is really annoying. I can not for the life of me find a way to disable this. Anyone know how to disable this "feature?"
