The staff is looking good! Though I still think you could add some more green glows on the stone to really make it even more awesome.
Adding some glow along the green on the handle would really sell that kind of energy idea going on. And also some extra green on the head to make it a bit more interesting.
I agree with hopgood. The model and textures both look really great, but the masks are super boring, and to be honest, this is something I see in a lot of your items. You really need to push up some of the specular, rimlights and metalness! A lot of your stuff looks really dull because of the masks. If you manage to improve them, everything will look so much better.
