new update, added tires, a barrel and some cables and tweaked the pillar a bit more, the texture of the ground was just placeholder so i decided to remove it,
hi, thank you for comment i will post from other angles next time ^^ i'm focussing on the front now. And you are right about the tires i'll fix that, everything of the tire is moddeled, hope that answers you question cause i'm not really sure what you mean.
Good progression, it's coming along. The barb wire is far too uniform though in the latest update. Also, not sure if this will be something you do entirely in the texture(s), but it seems kind of strange having a heavily damaged brick/concrete pillar when everything else seems in very good condition.
glad you like it , I just looked up at some reference of barbed wire and you are right i'll adjust that asap. and you probably can't see it but there are dents in the barrel and everything else is going to done in textures
Scale of things in general looks off - barb wire, rebar in concrete, metal fence poles. Light looks like a completely different style and out of place - a spotlight could look better or something more industrial? Don't understand the brick foundation at the base of the pillar, have any reference for this? Concrete pillar still looks soft, needs to have harder angles, reference! I don't get why the metal fence is intersecting with the concrete pillar.
I disagree about the transparent grass bottom, keep it alpha tested and make sure you blend it nicely with a ground texture.
ok i guess i'll have to agree with most of your feedback. But i don't get how the scale is off. I thought it was coming along nicely
i have also reference of the brick wall but i can't show you atm i will asap.thx for your input however.
This is my base reference and i added/changed some things.
so i took the time to re sculpt the pillar and add some extra stuff and trying to get the scale right. the truck is just a test for a scene. so don't mind the blurry textures somehow they look blurry in max 2013

Check out this reference: http://us.123rf.com/400wm/400/400/opasstudio/opasstudio1208/opasstudio120800054/14947772-broken-concrete-pillars-and-steel-structures-seen.jpg
I would also throw more rubble down on the ground around the base, and smaller rocks to break up the flat ground surface.
Edit: Also, the tires look very thin.. one layer of 2side polygons?
