Wallaby Courier Concept

So I've had this idea for a while now and would love to collaborate with modelers/skinners to get it executed.
It's a Wallaby (an Australian mammal) carrying a cliche outback rucksack (backpack)
NB: I'm not a good drawer so bare with these sketches
The 3 grey items (from top to bottom) are: Billy Can, pan, water canteen.
For the flying version. I'm not sure if to add some form of wings under the bag, or have a Kookaburra/Cockatoo/Lorikeet/Galah (Australian birds) carry it whilst holding the rucksack.
Thinking maybe make it thinner instead of fatter to make it look more like a joey (baby) rather a grown Wallaby.
