i've been trying to get good results with tessellation and i don't get the expected results with muy models.
today i tryed to folllow that example done in marmoset tessellation "tutorial"
but i can't get that result, it crashes at every edge of the lowpoly.

i've tryied multimple solutions... increase size mesh... ray distance calculator....multiple formats... editing levels in photoshop... multiple tonemapper values.... and always similar results

i always get similar results but never the inflate effect that get in the tutorial
what am i doing wrong???

an saw amazing effects with rlly rlly low poly too specially the mouth...
a superlowpoly with lot of angles between polys.. and works at perfection
it's done with maya but i downloaded model to open it with marmoset and works perfectly in marmoset

Also try to export using different formats like obj or fbx (if you tried obj). And unchek all "splt vertex normals" options on exporting.
smoooth?¿ why ?? that mouth isn't smoothed and box isn't smothed too....
how big must be the lowpoly it must go inside... outside the high.?¿ maby in between??
