Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has any tips on what to include in a resume and a artist statement(Need one for Portfolio review) for someone focusing on environmental Modeling?
Keep it concise and focus on your key skills and relevant industry experience (if any). A page of A4 should be fine.
If you have no industry experience then really pimp those skills that are relevant to the position. If possible, use hyphons to separate your skills on the page. The employer will most like glance over your CV rather then read it thoroughly (not because they are ignorant, but because they will have 100 other CVs to look at). Separating your skill set into a list will make it more readable then long paragraphs.
Remember, in our line of work your portfolio will be the key.
