Hi, I want ask if it possible in zbrush fix proportions of Quads. I have low poly created in Maya but have some triangles and quads with different size. Some is wider then other and when I import in to Zbrush and dividing and start sculputing, some simple circle, one side is perfect smoothed and other side is pixelated, because dont have perfect square quads but I have rectangles. How can i fix this, what is workflow for this. I am beginner, therefore I ask. Thanks.

If you aren't that far along you might as well take a few min to straighten out the base mesh and even out sizes of the quads and tris.
If you're a bit farther along and can't really start over I'm sure there are probably some tricks for exporting your lowest sub-division out of zbrush and evening out the geometry and importing it back. That's not something I've personally had to do so someone else will have to get into specifics but I'm pretty sure it can be done.
Next time, make sure your base mesh for sculpting is evenly quadded and will subdivide well.
