In need of animators and programmers for large indie FPS!

Welcome all! I am the Co-Owner of Voidwalker Studios (shared ownership). We are an indie game development company that aims at making the games we have dreamed of. We are currently hiring! We will not be able to pay you right away, but as soon as we create our first game we will be able to give you guys paychecks. I will be updating this thread occasionally!

Our Current Project:
Tower Rush
Tower Rush is a Fantasy RTS game with 15+ races, and a brand new type of game mode, called Tower Rush.
Gamemodes
The currently planned gamemodes are-
Tower Rush - a gamemode where there are two teams, Attackers and Defenders, the players are equally split up between these two teams. The main objective for this gamemode is for the attackers to take the tower, located at the center of the map. The tower has to be guarded for a set amount of time or the attackers have to be eliminated for the defenders to win. The towers will have interiors for the attackers to go through, the interiors can only have a certain number number of units from each team at a time, the attackers have to push through "Tower Guardians" and the defenders to get to the top of the tower and capture it. At the beginning of the match the tower is protecting a certain area with a force field for five minutes to give the attackers and defenders time to get ready to defend.
Elimination - the ordinary Eliminate all enemy forces gamemode
Dungeon Mode - A mode where one player gets chosen to be the Dungeon Master, the other players have to chose a hero to go through the dungeon with, they can find extra units along the way. The Dungeon Master has to kill all of the heros and their units to succeed, while the heros have to destroy the dungeon nexus to succeed. The dungeon master is able to build different buildings and traps to spawn units to kill and slow down the heros. The dungeon may be Procedurally Generated, but that is still being decided (most likely is going to happen)

Custom Heros
That is right! We are going to have custom heros! On the main menu you can go to the forge, which is a place to create your own heros, craft special items, reforge items, and create spells and skills for your hero! While you are creating the hero, the game will automatically generate a balanced cost depending on what the hero has, and you can edit your heros at any time. When you first publish your hero, you can chose if you want him/her to be private or public. Making the hero public will allow you to set a cost of Coins and then sell the character to other players, for them to create in-game. Setting the hero to private will only let you use it in-game.
You will be able to chose sounds from a list of different sounds and dialogues, and you can buy special dialogues and sounds from our website, enabling you to use custom sounds and dialouges! You will also be able to use a currency called Coins to but items, spells, etc for your character, but you can also use coins to upgrade units.
Ranking System
You will be ranked by the amount of wins/loses you have in Ranked Matches. Each rank unlocks a special tier of units for every race, and determines who you play against. That is all that is planned for now.
Single Player
Our game is built around the Multiplayer experience, so the most singelplayer you will probably do are skirmishes, but we do have campaigns, one for every race, and a final one! Each campaign will only be around 10-15 missions long, because of how annoying it would be to play 16 campaigns, each with 20-30 levels! None of the campaigns except the final campaign will have co-op, the final campaign will allow you to choose a race to play as, so it allows you to have up to 15 players playing with you!
The campaigns will be focused on the story line more then the gameplay.
The Races (finally)
We currently have 15 races planned for the vanilla game, but 3 more planned for expansions. Each race is good at a certain type of gameplay, there will be a menu that describes each race.
