Hi this is my first post and I am excited to take part in this contest.
This concept art was created by max haig.
Carmichael Doyle is an English smuggler during the Napoleonic Wars and afterwards.
He smuggles luxury items as well as common goods for the common folk across the English channel.
He has had many close calls with rival smugglers, traders, and the authorities.
Doyle learned of the Voynich Manuscript during his travels and is now on a new adventure to obtain the manuscript and its secrets for himself.

Ill have to retopo everythingg later but thats ok.
I went into zbrush and used the Talon bust base to start sculpting the head.

I added the "arshlevon_shoes" base mesh and kept refining the head. I also tweeked the body proportions a whole lot from the base mesh.
