Futuristic FPS Game hiring

im working on a futuristic fps set on a planet called Forge. you are in a war with bipedal ( walking on two legs ) aliens. the concept and story are all in place but i need to help me. my main priority is to find a programmer as i can only model and make concept art.
PROGRAMMER
must know c++ and python would be useful
previous game experience would be useful
if youre not a programmer then it does not matter im still hiring but a programmer is right now my mail priority.
