First sculpt in Zbrush - Bust

Hi, I'm new to 3D (I don't even know what is a diffuse map) and I tried to do a bust in Zbrush since I suck at polygonal modeling. What do you think ? I spent approximately 1 day on it.
Here is the next thing I'm working on, I wanted to animate it but I think that I'll just go step by step, a little further every time I begin something new. Spent a few hours for this one, this is still a WIP.
