I'd advise you to look for places around the Mile End. Very cool area (that's where I live) and you can walk to work. The plateau is very nice too! Poke me if you need anything!

I live in Downtown, but that is like 40 minutes walk from your work. So not sure if that is where you want to be I love it though. Close to everything.

I checked out your folio and I must say that your spot at Ubi is quite well-deserved.
