EDIT: Ok, now I look like a fool cause half of these work... But they didnt work in other threads... I tried posting that first link, the exact same way, in the xbone thread, but it didnt work.... why?
Ok, ever since youtube changed the share option where you could click "long link", embedding has barely worked for me. I can't seem to figure it out. People say take out all the extra crap in it, or take out the s from http, and I do that. But most the time, it still doesnt work. and the odd time it does, I have no idea what I did differently. Usually, if it has all the extra crap, Ill just search the video and it wll give me a link without all that extra stuff.
For instance...

Why doesnt that work? I see nothing wrong with it.

Nothing.
So, please, enlighten me. How does this crap work now?

Always use the first half, don't use https or youtu.be links, grab the vid ID and slap it on the end of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=
All vid IDs will work with the standard youtube address and all standard addresses will embed if you have "automatically embed media" and "parse links" checked on.
It just seems like sometimes they`ll work, and sometimes they wont, and Im not sure why...
Edit: annnd, I just checked the xbox thread. clicked edit and it didnt have auto embed checked... fml.... I guess sometimes it has it checked, sometimes it doesnt? ugh. Move along... nothing to see here....
