Medieval character heads needed

I am an indie developer with character models completed and I need to give the players some different head options for their characters. The job should be fairly straight forward.
I will give you a male and/or a female character.
I need several heads done including human, elf, dark elf, and a few others.
Move around or change the polys to look like the samples and retexture them.
The hair and eyes will always be a light grey so I can RGB to the players chosen color. That also means the hair and eyes must be on their own polygons.
The vertices at the base of the neck cannot be moved so the heads are interchangeable. No rigging of any kind will be required.

Most of the humans are done or being worked on. I will also be needing elves, dark elves, lizard man, half ogre, and in some cases a full race conversion. Just to let you know there will be more work after this.
