Hi everyone i didn't really know where to post this so if this isn't the correct place for this topic anyone is free to move it
so I'm working on this character

I'm done with the sculpting and Uv Mapping, but now I've reached a wall. I want to rig it for animation, but the models polycount right now is over 200k. I don't have Topogun, and decimation master is useless for this project (no tris). Maya's reduce tool "works" but only at 43% which reduces the polycount by only 50k. Any suggestions for a newb? Thanks

When retpologizing, you should focus on having the edges flow with the muscles on the body and the face. ZacD already linked you to some good reference for the face so I'd take a look at that.
