Figured it's high time to stop lurking and start a sketchbook, been trying to get better at 2d recently after spending a lot of time on 3d stuff. Trying to learn to draw faces mainly as well as grasp the basics of 1 and 2 point perspective. Here are a few recent pieces of work:

look into painting faces based upon how muscles sit and also the proportions without using those intense black lines, they should simply be used as reference on where to paint on top of and shouldn't be visible in the final drawings.
