wondering if any1 will do the mentor

Im very new to 3D desings.
But.. my job is to be mediadesigner.
so i ahve all it needs to to create som 3d stuff.
Except the knowlege to handle zBrush and so on.
So it would be cool if anyone could be my mentor for setting up the basic stuff.
I would appriciate this so much.
and btw im german so a german guy/girl would be neat.
