YAGER seeks the talents of a passionate Tools Programmer to work on an awesome and exciting unannounced AAA project. We’re looking for people who love working in interdisciplinary teams with a flat hierarchy and in a fast-paced and professional environment. As a Tools Programmer at YAGER you will work with an international team of highly experienced and talented developers that are passionate about their work. Support a team embracing the latest technology on the next generation hardware. You will work closely with engineers, content creators and designers to get the best out of Epic's latest technology and tool set and extend it where needed to deliver our shared vision of the game.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implementation of a solid and user friendly tool framework
  • Write clear, maintainable and fast code in adherence to internal standards
  • Write and maintain technical design and software system documentation
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of programming experience with tools and applications
  • Excellent C/C++, C# and .Net skills
  • Good Knowledge of software engineering practices
  • Ability to work to a schedule
  • Self-motivation with a strong work ethic, ability to work in a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Flexibility, ability to work collaboratively, excel as a team player
  • Passionate about videogames
Desired Skills
  • Unreal Engine experience
  • Good knowledge of system programming for Windows
  • Experience with Python
  • Knowledge of standard network programming techniques
  • Experience with setting up and working with databases
