[FONT=&quot]As a Senior 3D Artist in our art team you will be creating high quality hard surface models and textures such as Cars, Vehicles, Weapons etc. A big part of your job here will be setting up pipelines and workflows that will ensure a consistent quality in the hardsurface models in our games. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating those workflows and the knowledge you have about hard surface modeling to the other artists in your team.[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Work closely with the Art Director and Concept Artists to create high-quality hard surface assets[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Set up pipelines and workflows, making the modeling and texturing process faster[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Document your findings and teach other Artists[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]2+ years of gaming productions experience with hard surface models[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to create stunning hard surface models and textures efficiently and with the technical specifications in mind[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Expert knowledge of high- and lowpoly workflows in 3dsmax[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Understanding of how surfaces work in real life and how to accurately recreate them inside game engines[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Understanding of game engines, tools, pipelines, development processes[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Solid understanding of time and quality management[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Quality awareness for the requirements of next-gen games; drive to raise the bar of quality regarding hard surface models[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and excel under production conditions[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Good communication skills in english across multiple disciplines; ability and willingness to accept and follow direction, and to work collaboratively; excel as a team player[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Enthusiasm to learn and grow professionally[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Passionate about videogames, both AAA and F2P[/FONT]
