ok I cheated and posed him in zbrush....my rigging skills are nowhere near up to the task of this guy...anyway I think he's pretty much done textures and pose wise...I will tweak the beauty shots a little more for my portfolio but I think its time to move on to the next learning experience...Huge thanks to everyone for the comments and crits, more are gratefully appreciated but at this point they will roll onto the next piece.

Yuri: Thanks man, I might bug you for some lighting advice in marmoset if you don't mind this week, your current wip is looking ace, and the lighting is fantastic.
David: Thanks very much.
looprix: Thank you.
Phil: Thanks man, not sure its good enough for that...maybe the one I'm working on now....:)
alvordr: Thanks, maybe its the stubble making the face look rough? I wanted him to look like he's been through the wars
Mr Ninjitsu : Thanks man, I got the ok from Paul at surface mimic to share the leather base that I use so I'm going to put something together on the workflow for that tonight.
ok so this might not be very good, but its my first real thing like this so fingers crossed it helps someone
I have spoken with Paul at surfacemimic.com cos the leather pattern that I use is from a freebie pack that he did a while back, which he's going to reinstate for us so that anyone that wants it can have the leather pattern I used... for the now I have it HERE ...I will update with his link shortly...so big thanks to Paul
