LinkedIn - Time to Connect !

So I'm late to the whole LinkedIn part of the internet, but better late then never!
Just wanted to drop my profile here (also now in my sig.) for those who know me/seen my work/or are interested in building their network.
Not a huge fan of adding randoms, but I've been around polycount long enough that I feel that I know some of the people here even if I don't know them personally. Biggest hurdle is finding individuals on LinkedIn when all I know is their screen name from here :P But I am new on LinkedIn so for all I know there is an easy way to find them.
