UPDATE:
So, I'm new to Polycount and new to contests too.
I've been wanting to do this character for a while and this contest is the perfect excuse to finally model him out. His name is Conrad and he has a fraternal twin sister named Felicia, who I did a low-poly model of back in grad school. The gameplay mechanic I had going for this duo was that it would be a co-op 3rd person shooter/flight combat game where each character would switch off either piloting a plane or being on the ground in combat. If you're on the ground, when the plane is still up in the air, they way you'd get back into the plane is to use your electric/magnetic glove to grapple hook your way back up, kinda like the Bionic Commando arm.

Oh and if you dont mind, how did you model the clothing?(I'm working on char with a coat but the collar stands up.) I'm fairly new in the modeling world.
And I modeled the clothing in Zbrush by masking areas off of the body and extracting them into a new SubTool. For the detail, I mostly just used the Standard brush and the hPolish brush to make the creases a little more crisp. Hope this helps.
