Broken Elevator Games - Looking for a Concept Artist

Broken Elevator Games is starting development on our first game and are in need of a concept artist. A little about the game, it will be a 3D adventure platformer with an enphasis on puzzles. It will also have a very painterly look to it. We are seeking people capable of clean work with a strong foundation in design and color theory.
We treat our artists like family. We try to look out for everyone and we expect mutual respect in return.
There will be a kickstarter for this project and if it succeeds you will be compensated for your work. If it does not succeed you will be compensated upon release and eventual success of the game.
