Modeling is pretty solid. Texturing is okay. I think the biggest weakness that stands out to me is the lighting in the Gentlemens club scenes. I'm not getting any atmosphere. I can see all the walls, they're all lit evenly. Look at your light source and light from there. If its a hanging light, put a spot light shining down on the table/floor, then have a soft volume light on the wall. Leaving the corners of the walls dark, where you can barely see it. The viewer doesn't have to see every nook and cranny (WTH is a cranny? Can't believe I just used that phrase) to know where the walls meet. Just hint at it. Highlight interesting parts of your scene, leave the uninteresting parts dark, or at least not as visible. Maybe one of the lightbulbs died in one area? Break up the lighting a bit, get some variation in there.

Also, a few smaller things that stood out was your scale. Which is something I still struggle with as well. Check your stools out. They look tiny. As well as line ropes in the hallway.

The Coors Light cans? All of them facing the camera at the same angle. It's not natural. Rotate them, have one laying on its side, maybe one spilling over. Anything to make it more interesting than just the same can duplicated.

I see you are mostly interested in environments. If that's the case, you don't really need the head at the bottom. It's definitely nice to know how to do it, and thats something you can explain in your interview or cover letter you know how to do, but its not doing anything for your portfolio.

You've got a good start here. You've made some very common mistakes so no worries. Keep at it and keep improving. You'll eventually starts catching things on your own.
