It's pretty decent skin texture, depending on what you're going for. For a normal person, the skin is perhaps too blotchy, with a random scattering of white/dark spots. Those exist, but are perhaps focused a bit more on exposed areas of the skin, like cheeks and nose and forehead, whereas yours are on all areas, including chin and under the eyes.
I would suggest smoothing out the overall texture quite a bit. Then use a noisy brush set to spray to paint in some detail. Once you have your overall shades taken care of, add in some red and blue noise (very subtle) to areas where the skin is thinner, like under the eyes, and in the notches of the nose, and under the eyebrows. In a lot of people veins are visible in the cheeks as well.
Some of it however is hard to see because I can't quite make out the details. The image is just too small and too over-exposed. A good amount of convincing skin is in how you define the actual surface, like pores and wrinkles, so being able to see those details would help us critique you. Also a diffuse flat.
Finally, render in something else. Zbrush only does a flat spec, and spec is a major skin component, so using a render or even going realtime would help, so that you can use a spec map.
Also, I know this is about the texture, so I won't properly critique the head, but whatever the gender, honestly it's terrifying me. Before moving forward I would correct some of it the best you can.

Good luck.
