FBX Export highly flawed

Hi guys. Someone requested I send an FBX of my rigged character to them but no matter what I do, after exporting and opening the file it's completely unusable. Joints are randomly duplicated, Controllers are missing, IK/FK is mixed/broken, no skinning and no constraints. Completely Broken!

It's functioning perfectly in a Maya file but I'm not sure how to resolve this. I'm using the popular RapigRig so nothing weird/obscure. Thanks!
