Oblivion Bubbleship (Topology)

Hi guys - I just started to model another spaceship...here is my first one...take a look:

the bubleship it's pretty easy I have already made a proxy model in order to get the right proportions. I m also trying to keep the topology very clean with almost no n-gons.

so to start I need an advice on how to blend this two shapes together (first two screenshot) then I am not sure if the general topology is good because I have two pinches on the half circle due to the change of the flow. (last screenshot)
