Quick Facial Modelling question!

Hey guys, practicing facial modelling over the summer. Bit of a noob question but I just wanna know how to progress, what's the next stage?
I look at the actor from both angles and i'm not sure whether to add detail so i can manipulate the verts around the key facial feature or continue working on the basic form?
