[Mixamo Contest] - Fade Aolani - Needle and Bobbin (WIP)
Hello, Polycount lurker here, finally come up for air 
A friend told me about this competition and I couldn't resist. Graduated from a 3D Art course last year and in the process of starting my own indie company, so hopefully I'll still have the time!
This is the thread for Needle and Bobbin... (heh heh)
A pair of orphans right from the heart of the motherland, London, 1837. Needle's parents were archaeologists, who disappeared whilst searching for Voynich Manuscript. Obsessed with adventure and convinced that finding the Manuscript will lead him to his parents, Needle escapes from his orphanage with best friend and trusty sidekick Bobbin, and together they embark on the quest of quests!
Hoping to have some preliminary sketches up by the end of tonight.
Also, question - If I'm doing a duo, is it 20,000 tris each, or must I split it 10,000 each?

You can still pose them together or put them in the same video but technically they'll be considered separately. Makes sense?

Here's a quick sketch I did lastnight in my sketchbook of Needle and Bobbin. Just first impressions at this point, hopefully more coming tonight.
you should link them directly to the post from say photobucket/imageshack though. that way you dont have to click on a thumbnail first, much easier to view that way.
And thanks for the hint too, can't say I've posted here much. Haven't used photobucket in ages either...
