Here's some quick critique:
- The index or home page should be the portfolio. If I come to your site I just want to watch your work pronto, not see a splash-page with a single portfolio piece.
- You need to clearly state your desired job title (e.g character artist). I couldn't find it anywhere and you have both character and environments in there.
- Don't show WIP. If you show WIP stuff it just looks like you're a lazy bum who doesn't finish stuff.
- Textures look very flat and life-less. It looks like most of your stuff don't have many specular highlights despite a lot of it looking like metal.
- The bridge environment have very inconsistent texel-density as well.
- Post more info regarding the projects (texture-flats, wires, polycounts, texture sizes, etc.)
IMHO you need to poilish these pieces a lot more if you'd want to get hired with them. I'd also say you need more than 1 (or 2 if we count the robot) character pieces to get hired as a character artist.
At the moment since I'm about to run off to my French class after work in a few minutes. Lose the white background, make it grey. It's darkening everything else.
