Love the concept of a poor kid hero, and the sculp is really getting there!
Whenever you start on the backpack, just make sure you make an interesting silhouette. Maybe side pouches sticking out or other gear hanging outside of the bag. Looking at your reference I guess that was already the plan.

Thank you for the nice comment, i really appreciate it and Yeah that's definitely the plan i want to have all sorts of things sticking out of the bag plus the pouches, should be very interesting how it develops.
so cesar and I are going to enter this together. im currently sculpting an older man, who in time you will find out who it is its a surprise! but for now ill be keeping his head covered no peaking!! anyways the story will change a bit and here is my characters background.
he is a very well known man from our time who indeed has tons of money and is looking for the next big thing and he believes once he find the book he will find what he is looking for.
As an 90 year old man and still loving the thrill of adventure, he turns to some mechanics and some scientists to help him create an armor that will aid in his adventure.
And even with his slightly arched back and bad breath and with the help of his armor he proceeds to his destiny and along the way he meets this young boy and together decide to search for the lost hidden treasure of the Voynich manuscript.
struggling a bit with the shirt and pants design cant seem to be able to get all my colors right. im contemplating on just taking out the shirt pattern and just do a flat color all the way down. maybe keep the line on the side of the pants but thats it. not sure yet. as far as the hat, i have an idea of what i want to do. so that will come next until i can figure out the outfit. armor is almost done. still need the belt area to be done and work on the gloves a but more.
