Strangely I like the untextured hair better... If I where you I'd have a look into a more stylized approach, but not super stylize., I think it might suit her better perhaps.

The tops of the ears are so thin, grab some reference. I would also make the neck a bit thicker, I know it is supposed to be thin but it's almost a bowling ball on a toothpick. Lastly, push in the eyes, and add a second layer on top to give proper reflection/refraction.

Well,personally think you shouldn't add the pink eye shadows,it makes her eyes looking strange,and not suit for the gun.
