Eyo,
recently started working on a new character for my final semester.
He's set in a post-apocalyptic setting; on his own and always on the run. Comparable and inspired by the movie "The Road" as well as "The Last of Us", besides not having a child to carry with him. Being on the run barely sleeping I plan on showing a lot of the exhausting he has to go through in his face as well as texture work.
My goal with this is learning a few things about better clothing as well as texturing along the way. Also making a badass character should probably listed.
Here's the progress so far.
Big problem so far has been the pants. Can't seem to get them right, so I'll just not show 'em!

Most likely gonna be taped to his leg using duct tape.
Also figured out, that my title should be "Lone Wolf" instead of "Loner". Apparently German translations overlap there. He's not the sad wallflower guy, but rather the sad badass guy.
Fannybag & Teddy of his deceased son
Soon starting to add some more wear on the whole thing; as it looks pretty much brandnew in the current state. Not sure how much of that is added to the highpoly though, as textures can have a way bigger impact on that factor.
Also no fur for teddy in the highpoly I guess; gonna sort that out with a mess of textures and crazybump.
Thanks for the feedback.
I agree, could've worked more on the textures to get him into a more dirty direction with torn apart clothes.
I guess you learn something with each project.
