Montreal Meetup May 16th

Hey it's that time again!

Let's get together and have some fun.
Now you're probably wondering what's up with Thursday? Well first of all it's after the escape challenge so if anyone's doing that they'll have some time to rest. And secondly, I'm moving out of Montreal and might be already gone friday night, but I'd really love to meet every polycounter I didn't get to meet during my time here. So you should definitely come! A few pitchers of freshly-brewed on me

I'm thinking Trois Broisseurs again.
Let me know what you think and if you're going and I'll reserve next week.

I think something with a terrace might be a good compromise, 'cause if it's going to rain in the park - we're screwed.)
I personally lean towards st elizabeth but who knows how far ahead they are booked. If you have any other preferences(or still want to go to the park

) don't hesitate to speak up and I'll call and reserve at the end of the week depending on what we decide:)

the st eliz is dope, but you gotta get there early to get a spot on the terrace, but its pimp. i dont know if they do reservations but its a cool pub none the less.

I've been to brutopia once and quite liked it... They have terraces too! They brew their own beer and the food menu is quite varied - http://www.brutopia.net/

k, I'll just have to call all of them up and see how they deal with reservations. So far it's 7 of us (Jacque Choi - I'm counting you too

) but there will probably be a few more people. If you know of someone else who might want to go let me know, 'cause they'll ask me for a number and it would be sad to be short on places.

k, I called Sainte Elisabeth and they are all booked for the terrace. But then I called up Saint Sulpice and they said that it should be pretty chill on Thursday at 7 p.m. so they didn't even take a reservation - it should be pretty vacant, which seems like a good thing:

Also the good thing is that we won't be limited to the number of reservations so if you feel like spontaneously grabbing a friend make sure to do so

In fact it was a blast hanging out with all of you, guys! Yeah we must've been 15 peeps this time

I also think Bruno took a picture. Nobody was posing for it though, but it might be nice to check out anyway

But yeah, it's amazing how all the polycounters can be so awesome. When they get drunk enough they start singing songs from Alladin instead of The Roof is on Fire
