Zbrush Texture map issue

Hey guys i have an issue that Zbrush is giving me when i try to create a texture map. I have used ZApplink and polypaint to paint my body model, i then projected the polypaint to a retopologized model which looked fine. After this i click 'New from polypaint' in the Texture map options and strange lines have appeared on the texture maps is there a way i can stop this or do i just need to try to fix it in photoshop?

    Your UVs were places outside the the 1 to 1 grid, so Zbrush freaks out and screws up your UVs like that. Be careful when you UV an object and try to give a little bit of padding around the boarder to avoid this from happening.
