Animations from other games?

I am trying to get a couple animations from Bad Company 2, anyone know how I can do this? I have seen a couple other projects with animations obviously from another game.

Uh yeah, you shouldn't be looking at ripping and reusing stuff except for reference..

If you just want to look at the animations for reference/timing then look at some games that have SDKs, most of the source games do and come with a model/animation viewer.
