Hi all,
Im a beginner at 3d modeling and I am currently doing a portfolio piece for my course with Train2Game. Now, I am trying to tidy up my mesh at the moment, and I have a lot of ngons due to some edge chamfering. I have tried to clean some of it up but my render is now giving me some undesirable results. I have no problem removing edges where necessary but I want to optimize this as much as possible.
Basically I have followed my instructions up to a point and then I have to do the rest of the modeling and UV mapping by myself.
If anyone can help point me in the right direction it could be great. Also i need to model some rocks from the existing geometry. I have done one but it looks piss poor so far! Anyway - images are attached so take it away.
