Zbrush: Symmetry issue

As of know, I'm working on a pillar in Zbrush in which all 4 sides should have the same detail. The symmetry modifier only transfers detail from left to right, front and back, but not front to side. I've been trying to copy the detail from the front and add is to the side. Basically, I want all four sizes to be the same. How can I accomplish this. Here is an image.

Under the Transform menu, where you activate symmetry, there should be a little button with an (R). This is radial symmetry, and dropping the slider to 4 (and setting the appropriate axis) should solve your problem!

Thank you for the quick reply. Yes, this is true, but setting the radial symmetry to 4 mirrors the active sculpting. I'm trying to copy existing detail from the front to the side. Disregard what I sculpted on the left side because; I want all sides to have the same detail.

Hmm, you could try Projection Master. It allows you to project pre-sculpted meshes across any surface and won't disturb your edge flow. A combination of masking and the transpose tools should get you a similar result.

Using projection master along side with a stencil seems to do the trick. You've been a great help, Bartalon.
