I'm having some trouble baking my high poly information onto my lows. I'm getting some issues where the bakes are bleeding artefacts but I cant tell from where. This is doing it for all of my maps and I can't seem to find out why. I've checked the mesh and none of the geometry is intersecting in any of the places that I seem to be getting the issues. I've tried searching but cant find a solution to the problem.
If anyone wants any other screeshots to help identify the issue just say.

Do you use a cage?
@NAIMA Do you mean separate floating models combined on the mesh? I have separated the model into three exports so that there shouldn't be any bleeding (ironic) I basically did the same thing that the eat3d low poly character tutorial does and applied the same workflow when creating this low poly.
