UDK - Abandoned Hallway Environment

Hello all.
I'm creating an environment in UDK for my portfolio, and wanted to share my progress here and get feedback on my work.

I'm doing an abandoned hallway scene off of a reference photo I found on Google (See below). It's fairly basic, but I have been thinking of various additions I can make not seen in the reference photo. I feel this environment, if done properly, could really stand out in my portfolio.

As of now I've created the block out in UDK with some basic lighting trying to replicate the reference, and have made an asset list on paper. Currently I'm created the assets, and will update further once I have more to show.

Here is an updated image with the main assets completed and the first texture pass, along with rough lighting.

    My thoughts so far:
    - My floor and door frame textures need to be fixed, that I know. With regards to the door frame, I'm not liking the results with a normal map, so I may just add extra polys to get that defined frame on the inside.
    - I'm liking the wall textures so far, and plan on doing some extra damage/ grunge with mesh painting later on. I'm also going to be adding some baseboards to make it look like a real wall and give it some character.
    - My light maps need to be adjusted some more 'cause of light bleeding on some meshes.

Feel free to share your comments/ feedback please.

Good start, although one thing I would say is that your proportions are a bit out in regards to the door frames/doors, they need to be a bit thinner :)
