Zbrush & Wacom setting issuses

Hello,
I'm hoping someone here can help me or point me in the right direction: I'm trying to setup my #Wacom intous4 with ZBrush(4r5). So I have one of my touch rings set to up-res and down-res, the up-res works fine but it won't let down res. If anyone has/had this problem please post any solution you find. Running on a mac 10.6.8. Also please post your tablet's setup, would really like to see your workflow!
PS. If there is a thread like this somewhere else on polycount, sorry I did search for it but couldn't find anything and I'm new to posting thread.
