it's hard to tell in those images but if i had to guess i'd say you're not making terribly good use of your texture space - can we see some flat textures?

Textures reworking everyday, so i dont see reason upload it right now.
And... its a shoulder

If you upload the texture, we might be able to tell you if you're doing everything correct on the technical side. As reverendK said, UV layout is key for these items.

Last release.Here i used masks technique like in original SK items(its black in normal light, and color appear in bright lightnings)
