i think knob should be more substantial for such a heavy door

yes the hinge looks to flat but im not sure if i should bake it into the textur or make a unique mesh

You should also have a second band near the bottom of the door.

Doors need two hinges to be able to swing
Also you need a door frame for the hinge to be able to pivot on,
Here's a quick example
It's optinoal, but will add a bit more detail to your model.

hehe thx.. yes i know that they need two hinges ^^.. i will copy the other one
@The Pixel - thx for the picture, but i also saw some doors with bands on both sides. one side with hinges and one side for decoration.

but maybe i will try it with this one here, so the hinges would be on the other side

I would suggest just duplicating the hinge/support bar you've got on the top, and using that instead. What you've got hear doesn't look right.

Also you could make the doorhandle-ring a little bigger.

Update for you guys and thx again for your help
i baked the normal map and started with the diffuse. i think it looks fine so far but to clean at the moment. A little bit of dirt could help here. But i hope u like it.
