Hi folk, it is me again! Now I'd like to show you my dinosaur for UDK! As usual I've used Zbrush and 3ds Max to build the model. The dinosaur is rigged and animated with cat rig and cat motion, it has got animations for walking and idle. So there are some images and the link for the video of the UDK result at the bottom.
The walking animation looks unnatural - the feet especially are exceptionally stiff. Keep in mind that this is a bipedal creature; a better reference would be a descendent of these theropods:
For the idle animation, you might want to place him in more of an upright posture.
Hey dude, cheers for the C&C, your Dino seems to have pulled out some really nice normal detail so good work making it pronounced on the sculpt really helped sell the final bake, The texture and some of the low poly is a bit jarring,
The texture itself lacks variation thoughout, its almost like steel blue on skin tone clay, so try adding some colour variation and be careful of saturation
