You need to work in lower subdivisions, and restart from square one. I would recommend going out, buying some Sculpty and practicing scultping with your hands.
Delete it and start from scratch. You need to work on you anatomy and proportions to match up your reference as close as possible at a lower subdivision level before you move into details.
Diffuse normal and spec applied? It still looks like just a solid color on a model, and I can't tell where any of the normal map definition is.
I don't mean to be harsh, but I agree with the others, you're probably best off just starting over entirely. Or better yet, before jumping into a full character you could just do some smaller-scale studies of individual body-parts, and watch a bunch of tutorials. There are LOTS of great resources out there, and you may benefit from doing some more research before jumping into another big project.
It wouldn't hurt to take a step back from 3d modeling and spend some time in 2d learning some basics of proportions and anatomy., and overall sharpening your 'artist's eye'.

Render with diffuse, normal and spec map applied.
Any more feedback appreciated as this will help with technical report.
Thanks
