need help! I have backface cull problem with WR cape. Does anyone knows is this ok? I tried a default one but it has the same issue. However i saw WR sets without that problem in workshop.
As I was saying in waywo, he might be able to bring the edges towards the character a bit to fake depth. I guess at this point you just have to "hide" it as much as possible, so I'd probably just make the cape be more crescent shaped then plane, and hope that the ingame angle hides the problems.

Sorry for the double post Kraken!
I was thinking about a similar solution
+ for LoD1 you can add less than 10 tris to cover it up, it won't be noticable in game and I think for LoD0 you have enough budget to fill it up.
Ill be honest Kraken. I respect your work a lot. Though there is much in this concept that I don't like. First of all, it looks similar to the "Nyx" LS set. Second, the color scheme seems way off. Or maybe you overused the under-exposed colors from the default. Third, that purple scarf just stands out with that color.
Still, I like this more than the "Nyx" set. It could just need a bit of re-evaluation, in my honest opinion.
Ofcourse, your work on the 3D side, is exceptional as always!
Gotta agree with Vayne. The models look top notch as always, and I don't really have a problem with the design itself, seems a bit different from the usual designs from KAaS, but I really dislike those textures. The colors used don't seem fitting at all. Metal should be much darker on Lifestealer. Also, the masks could use a lot more work to really bring out the metal specular. Are the textures from KAaS? The weak masks is something I see time and time again on all of his items.
Love your work Kraken! Just wanted to chime in and say keep making awesome. Love to see a twitch or video on your workflow sometime. Post it up if you ever do one.
damn dude, epic. That's so well done. I love it. Only note (which you probably haven't gotten to yet so it's just me being a nancy) is to make sure you get the top-to-bottom gradient going, as right now his feet and bottom of his trunk feel like a similar value to the top of him. Other than that... AWESOME!
On the left is sth I did in dotahattery. I'm trying to say that even though the set is beautiful and really well done, it really doesn't bring anything new to the character, we've seen everything of this before
I think you guys did a solid job, however, characters like invoker, morphling, tiny, etc. you can only do so much with a single material that designs would eventually look similar. To be honest, I wouldn't be able to make something entirely unique from scratch for Invoker at this point, he has a wide array of great sets for him already, accepted or not.
@Kraken looks good but others are right.. kind of lacks originality..
@vertical "I wouldn't be able to make something entirely unique from scratch for Invoker at this point, he has a wide array of great sets for him already, accepted or not." I disagree with that. If you start from the lore you can make something new for any hero, no matter how many stuff there is for him already. All you need is an original story based on his lore to get you started on a road that no1 has used before.

Man, looks like I forgot about making sure my set doesn't kind of look like 12 other sets combined during the concepting process. Will keep that in mind for future sets guys. Thanks!

You either have the cull or duplicate/simplified geometry on back.
:'C
Sorry for the double post Kraken!
All I can suggest is optimize it a bit more to have back face geo

The bow feels a little overdone. It's beautiful, just too much fox imo.
It's a beautifully done set. I wish I had half the skill you guys have and/or had you guys working with me

Really nice work! The fur/hair is perfect.
What will the flying version be?

Thanks! I decided that it's better too. It's definitely a feature of BH.
Btw, Magnus courier is almost ready. And BH courier will use wings like in assassin creed(leonardo flying machine)
It's time to present Magni the courier:

Well, as I already said, as a modeller you've done an incredible job, as always
