It looks pretty good for the most part. I like the texture work so far. I think the eyebrows are standing out a lot right now and that is distracting. Their shape is too irregular and the color feels too dark. The hair also looks very plasticky and the transition from hair to skin is too hard.
Hmm... I'm not too experienced in sculpting, but I'll try. I think the ears are a tad too big. I also think the jaw is a bit thin. It almost looks like a female chin. Other than that, I can't really see anything wrong with it.

Also, from what I see, the main issue is the t-section
- the space between the brows and eyes.
- the glabella is way off (look at yourself frowning in a mirror)
- The nose shape is closer to an african person than a caucasian person. (caucasian have narrow, sharp bridge types), mouth as well. Its not that distinct but just enough to look a bit off.
put the ears up a bit and made the chin wider, also to anyone who reads this.. is it worth making the hair in fibermesh if i want to bake it into a low poly model at some stage?
