UDK Tessellation Help

Hey everybody,

Well new to posting on here been off and on when it comes to asking for help. After going to GDC and talking to some people got a lot of help on my stuff and told me to go into Tesselation. I know what it is and what it does and just need help on trying to figure out how to implement it. If anybody can point me in the right direction and show me what I am doing wrong that would help. Been doing the research and tried it on a material and on the seams of the static mesh is like breaking apart from each other, is that normal?
