Longtime PC lurker, about time I posted some work.
Here is something I've been messin with. I've done practically no hand painting when it comes to textures. This was, essentially, an exercise for such techniques. I'll post some marm renders hopefully next week.
1150 tris
512*body
256*head, although for the p3d I baked them to one 512* texture as multiples aren't allowed I guess.

Also, could you show some flats?
I'll try and post some renders and the textures either tomorrow or monday.
Great work.
RitualSynergY, I think I am clearly, also, way too obsessed
Outside of what I said in the Low Poly thread, I'm thinking that the face really could use some red and pink tints for the face (mostly nose and ear tips- maybe cheekbones) and the hair could use some more orange and yellow in there. His skin is pretty pale at the moment and the hair could use some more variety.
I think maybe adding some magenta/purple to the bottom of the pants, not only to add some color variation, plus it will give him a bit more of gradient to his frame (reflecting the top-front lighting).
You could also make the tear ducts more noticeable and thus the eyes by adding a pinky/white dot where it would be.
Some dark red/cherry colors for the hammer's wood grain would be tight as well. Just to give it more visual interest. Maybe even look at some brush metal to make the metal for it feel heavier.
I can't wait to pick apart more of your art.
Here is a bust of Rachel from Blade Runner. Could still use some polish but I don't know when I will get around to touching this again. Any C&C welcome.
