Hi, I want ask to how can properly bake ao/nm when my low poly has separated pieces. As you can see in image, mesh on left side is connected as one piece and cage behind him not overlaps (46 tris), but right mesh has only 36 tris and has 2 pieces but cages behind him overlaps. I want ask how create right maps for separated pieces for low poly, I must edit cage vertexes to avoid overlaps or is another process how to do it, and if yes, vertexes from LP to cage must have same distance or doesn't matter. Thank you.
